Most of the Nokia devices will go to Silent profile and back to General profile pressing and holding the “#” key.

Flash Lite can import WAV and MP3 audio formats out of the package in Windows. However, there are better (depending on the case) audio formats you would like to use; such as AIFF and AU. To be able to import these audio formats, only thing you need to do is to install Quicktime player.

Very simple tip for the ones who would like to change default screen size for S60 emulator from double resolution to another.

- Locate epoc.ini (C:\Symbian\9.x\S60_3rd\Epoc32\Data\ by default)

- Comment out all other resolutions other than you want

- Locate wsini.ini (C:\Symbian\9.x\S60_3rd\Epoc32\Data\ by default)

- Comment out all other resolutions other than you want

That’s the dirtiest way. Let me know if you know smarter ways or see any mistake.

Bonus : You can modify emulator’s platform security options also from epoc.ini. Change PlatSecEnforcement to OFF.
