Last months Forum Nokia posted PhotoShop template to create S60 themes. Here is a better alternative; Flash version from clearUI, for Flash freaks like me.

3rd edition of S60 Theme Studio is available at Forum Nokia. S60 themes can be created with this tool; including 3rd edition and its new theme capabilities. There is also S60 Theme Studio Artist’s Guide within the package, defining the guidelines for theme creation.

Nokia demonstrates their next generation gaming platform and first range games for Nseries multimedia computers and S60 devices in E3. Company also announces the strategic cooperation with Gameloft and Taito`s adoption to SNAP mobile platform.

Nokia claims that, users can now discover their fully accessible, entertaining and top quality mobile game strategy. Recent cooperations with well known mobile graphic hardware and game development companies also support Nokia's near future aims. Nokia's new games stand out with catchy graphics and multi-player gaming experince. They also give access to logos and screenshots to games from their extranet site.

Adobe Camera RAW & DNG converter version 3.4 update is available in Adobe web site, both for Windows and Mac. This new version replaces the original Camera Raw plug-in that was installed with Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 and 4.0. Update includes support for new cameras and some minor bug fixes.

Do it yourself! Nokia forum released PhotoShop template for S60 themes. You can personalize your theme or create your own themes and publish them for all. There is also an updated visual guide on how to create themes for S40 and S60 devices. Thats great to see that kind of resources around. I think there will be some more creative work around here soon.
