Actually dot releases are usually customer releases, we work on the core .0 features and then customers ask for some extras.

In this case Microsoft Windows Mobile will get Flash Lite 3.1, others will move to this also for web browsing.

Quantium:  Despite not supporting AS3 the Flash Lite 3.1 player can display 91% of web content.  That should tell you that most Flash desktop developers are still learning AS3.

Please don't be fooled, Flash Lite runs on a huge set of chipsets and platforms, AS3 requires the new Tamarin tracing virtual machine to run on all of them and this takes time.

The project is open source, so if you want to help then feel free to speed things along..</description>
